Easter Charity Fair 2016
"Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble..." (James 1:27)
The Lord commanded His church to take care of orphans, widows and the poor. That is why on May 2nd, 2016 church "Philadelphia" had its annual Easter Charity Fair, which was organized to collect donations to help children from the boarding school for orphans in Starozbur, Herson region.
Members of the church put a lot of time and effort into making it a great day, so that the Easter charity fair went successfully, in the atmosphere of love, joy and holiday spirit. After all, Christ is risen!
God blessed this day with a great weather and church members were able to sell their goods outdoors. There was an abundance of items for sale: home cooked pastries, lemonade, jewelry, souvenirs and exclusive pottery products.
As a result, the church managed to collect 5001 UAH and 100 USD, which were donated to the boarding school for orphans in Starozbur.
