Family Arts and Crafts Evening. Christmas Decoupage
Christmas is not about shopping, decorations, tasty food and presents. At least not entirely… Christmas is about Jesus. Christmas is love, family and kindness. Christmas is about spending time with the loved ones.
That is why our church loves to organize arts and crafts Christmas evenings, where children together with their parents can create something beautiful together.
On December 11th about eight families attended such an event at our church. Together with our artist Natalia they practiced a technique of decoupage. As a result of common efforts, parents and kids took home beautifully decorated jars, which can serve as candleholders and be a great reminder about this evening and the time together.
